Rebates are coming: any insurance company with a medical/loss ratio of greater than 20/80 (that is they are paying more than 20% of your insurance premiums for admin costs rather than for your care) will have to send out rebates to you: 1.1 Billion going to nearly 13 Mio policy holders are expected.
